I'm a chef and I was alil sceptical but I bought 1 to try firstly the smell is amazing
Secondly I'm not and Asian chef so my dishes Asian style need help i made 1.big batch of fried rice and put yum yum in 1 and not the other at first I couldn't taste a difference but I added alil more and bam there was a huge change in favour I'm almost finished the smaller pack already I add it now to alot of food now brings out the true favas

Put it on everything!
It’s great in/on everything, not just stir fry’s - pizza, pasta, potato salad, eggs, it elevates the flavour of anything! The only thing that would make it better was if it came in a shaker instead of a bag
