Refund policy

At YumYum, we want you to be completely happy with your order, and we take great care to ensure every product arrives in perfect condition.

Please note that our seasonings are consumable food products. For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or once a product has been opened or used. We do not offer refunds on perishable or consumable goods, except in the circumstances set out below.

Damaged, faulty or opened on arrival

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, or has been opened in transit, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To make a claim, you must:

  • Take clear photographs of the product and its packaging at the time of delivery, clearly showing the damage or issue; and
  • Email us at info@whatisyumyum.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching the photographs and your order number.

Once we have received and reviewed your claim, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Returns

Please do not return any product before contacting us, as items sent back without an approved claim cannot be accepted. If a return is required as part of an approved claim, we will provide instructions and ask that the item be sent to:

Incorrect or missing items

If you receive an incorrect item, or part of your order is missing, please contact us at info@whatisyumyum.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
